Hi! I’m Carrie.
A little bit about me…
I’m passionate about mental health and believe everyone deserves support, no matter where they’re starting from. I love getting to know the real, messy, beautiful parts of people’s lives and walking alongside them through times of change.
I especially enjoy working with folks at the bookends of life—whether life is just beginning or winding down. It’s a privilege to witness those moments of growth, transition, and reflection.
As a mom, I know firsthand how parenting can be overwhelming, joyful, frustrating, and magical—all at the same time.
As a daughter and sister, I understand how complex it can be to navigate family-of-origin dynamics in adulthood. And as a wife, I know how challenging—and important—it is to stay connected through it all.
Before becoming a therapist, I explored several different careers, so I get what it’s like to feel lost in transition, to question everything, and slowly find your way again.
I bring a mix of Midwestern warmth and Brooklyn edge to my work—compassionate, grounded, and unafraid to sit with the hard stuff. I’ve experienced my own losses and challenges, so I don’t pretend to have it all figured out—but I do know how to show up, stay present, and support people as they navigate the messy, unpredictable experience of being human.
I’ll laugh with you, I’ll cry with you, and I’ll be here for whatever brings you through the door.
