  • I currently only accept Cigna insurance through Headway and am an Out of Network (OON) provider for all other insurance policies. If I am OON with your insurance, I ask that you call and confirm your OON benefits before we meet if you would like to bill through insurance. You should ask the following questions:

Do I have mental health benefits?

    What is my annual deductible?

What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health?

What is my out-of-network coinsurance for outpatient mental health?

How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?

I will provide you with a superbill at the end of the month for you to submit to insurance and receive reimbursement.

  • My session fee is $200 for 45 minutes. A limited number of sliding scale spots are held for individuals facing financial hardship.

If you wish to cancel an appointment, it is important that you provide notice at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid being billed for the session.

I currently accept payment via Credit Card, HSA/FSA, Venmo, and Zelle.

  • I am located in downtown Brooklyn. I meet clients in the office or virtually through a HIPAA compliant platform. I also conduct sessions in nature using ecotherapy techniques.

  • That depends entirely on the individual. Initially, we will meet once a week for 45 minutes to foster a strong therapeutic alliance and initiate the progress toward behavioral change.

  • Feel free to contact me by phone or email, then we will set up a 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. You can share any questions or concerns with me here.

Finding a therapist you connect with is essential for a successful therapeutic experience. If we’re a good fit we will go ahead and schedule a weekly session.
